We just got back from an amazing 3rd anniversary vacation at the beach and will be catching up on all things work related soon. The crazy thing is, we've had more new work and business related items happen while we were gone than while we're at home. Hmm - maybe we should do this more often!
We got our new rep cards in yesterday and today for our Expressively You program, and my - they are nice! We're quite pleased with how they turned out and can't wait for our models to start spreading them through the high school!
We're still accepting a few more models, so if you're interested in finding out how you can get hip and modern high school photography done for free, and earn free print credits towards buying prints from your session, check out the model call and apply here.
He's a soldier, and proud of it. Standing beside an abandoned tobacco barn on a rural country road, drivers slowed down to see what the reason was for a uniformed Army soldier to be standing in the underbrush along the road. But we all barely noticed. "I want some pictures for my parents to have before I leave for Afghanistan," he said. Alex's easygoing personality made for a great photo session, and we hung around for about an hour after the shoot just chatting about things like playing Call of Duty.
We headed back to get more casual shots. In the alley.
Did we mention that it was a hot day? Thanks for sticking it out in the heat with us, Alex!
Alex likes MMA, so we shot some edgier looks under a bridge.
Alex's tattoo means "Army Strong" in Mandarin Chinese.
Alex is also a drummer, so he brought along his sticks to include in a few shots. The photo above is one of our favorites.
The rest of the photos from his session are in the slideshow below. Check it out!
Alex is headed back for more basic training in August before being deployed. Alex, it was a pleasure working with you and we wish you all the best. Thank you for your service to our country!
